The eight members of the Chinese delegation would like to meet Ontario environmental firms including
firms in Emergency environmental equipment area; visit Toronto's environment companies, particular
related to air quality control, DeSOx, DeNOx, and large scale garbage sorting company (with the daily
capacity over 600 tons). Ontario firms, who would benefit from this opportunity, please register ASAP.

Brief introduction of the Chinese delegation:
1. CAMIE (China Association of Machinery Industry for Environmental Protection)
The national level association consists of six professional committees responsible for areas including
1) air pollution control and treatment equipment, 2)water pollution control and treatment, 3) solid waste
treatment equipment, 4) noise and vibration control equipment 5) environmental testing equipment 6)
environmental engineering.
2. China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd (SINO-HEAVYMACH )
Xi’an Heavy Machinery Research Institute (XHMRI) founded in 1956 is a comprehensive research
and development unit in machinery and equipment industry in China, and acceded to CNMIC in
1999. In Oct.2006, China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute (CNHMRI) founded on the base
of XHMRI and improved to China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd (SINOHEAVYMACH) in January 2009 progressively.
Undergoing more than fifty years development, SINO-HEAVYMACH has become one of large scale
powerful scientific enterprise , specialized engaging in the research and development ,design and
forming complete set of metallurgical installations for ferrous and nonferrous metals, of heavy forging
and extrusion installations, environment-protecting equipments with the complete
matching of hydraulic ,electric and control systems, and of transmission foundational elements as well
as in EPC projects of metallurgy, coking, mining etc.
They provide engineering consultation, mechanical engineering supervision, design consultation,
equipment detection and other special technical services. They have the import and export operation
rights. The products have been distributed to America, Russia, India, Turkey, Iran, Burma and other
countries.
They have the Quality Management System Certificate (ISO9001:2000), the Environmental
Management System Certificate (ISO14001: 2004) and the Occupational Health and Safety
Management System Certificate (GB/T28001-2001).
