Applications are invited from Regular/Late College/Private candidates on prescribed Examination Admission Forms (EAF) obtainable
(Free of cost) from Examinations Section, KUST & District Branches of Habib Bank Limited, within the jurisdiction of KUST for

Note:
Examination Admission FORM AND FEE Receipt should reach the University on or before the last date of admission failing which
late fee will be charged. Demand Draft is not acceptable and fee must be deposited in HBL Branches within the jurisdiction of
KUST.
1.
Principals of all affiliated colleges are requested to kindly send the forms of Regular / Late College candidates complete in all
respect with an attested copy of the Intermediate DMC/Certificate in case of fresh students and B.A/B.Sc latest DMC in case of
continuing students along with FOUR (04) attested passport size photographs (Both Male & Female).
2. In case of private candidates, forms must be attested by any Gazetted officer and be submitted directly to the Exam Section KUST
along with attested photocopies of Intermediate/B.A DMC, CNIC and FOUR (04) attested passport size photographs.
3. All Part – I (Private) candidates must send their Migration Certificate in original along with the admission form.
4. Those candidates who appeared in B.A/B.Sc Supplementary examination 2015 can submit EAF for Annual Examination 2016
within 15 days after declaration of result of the said examination.
5. It must be noted that Examination Centre is allotted on the basis of permanent address as mentioned in the Examination
Admission Form. However, the University reserves the right to allot any other Examination Centre keeping in view the number
of candidates in the area. A candidate who wants to be examined in a place other than permanent address must provide proof of
his/her own/parents, service (attested by any Gazzatted Officer) or residence certificate with the form duly attested by the
Assistant Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner/Commissioner/Political Agent.
6. Claim of candidates, to have sent Admission Form by post but not received at the Examination Section shall neither be
considered valid nor be entertained. It shall be tackled/settled with the postal service by the candidate himself / herself.
7. Incomplete forms or those received after the stipulated time will not be accepted.
