Family Services CRISSP Project Management Group Terms of Reference As the Project Management Group the Family Services CRISSP Project is accountable to: provide overall governance and direction for the project; ensure the project deliverables are met and are aligned to the policies, practices and legislation of the Children, Youth and Families Division; and Role: Timeframe provide information and recommendations to the Children Youth and Family IMT Board for the duration of the project. This Project Management Group will convene for the duration of the transition to CRISSP Project. This final phase of this PMG will be implementation planning. In partnership with sector representatives, and in broader consultation with the sector where appropriate, provide advice and decisions on project plan and deliverables; 2. Ensure the project meets the requirements of the business and all stakeholders; 3. Monitor timelines and project deliverables against project plan; 4. Provide advice and/or decisions on key policy issues raised in the course of the project; 5. Provide advice to the CYF IMT Board; 6. Monitor project risks and issues; 7. Receive and review regular status reports covering all aspects of the project including system development, change management and implementation planning from related groups. 8.
