Pre-Exercise Task Checklist
The Harmful Haze – A Healthcare Coalition Exercise is quickly
approaching. As your hospital’s facilitator, ensure your hospital and staff
are prepared to participate. The following checklist is for your reference to
complete prior to the exercise.

Pre-Exercise Tasks
All team members have registered for the exercise via:
www.drc-group.com/project/harmful.html
Team member registration closes on at 12:00PM ET on the day before the exercise.
An on-site evaluator has been identified and their contact information submitted via:
www.drc-group.com/newsletter/evaluator.html
An exercise start time has been established for your team between 9:00AM and
1:00PM CT and communicated to all team members.
An exercise location has been identified for your team to gather for participation in the
exercise. It is recommended to use your hospital command center, or other
appropriate room, and ensure it includes high speed internet connection, an LCD
projector, telephone or cell phone access, and audio speakers.
The facilitator’s ONX System login has been checked
