Materials: Math Properties Flashcards, BINGO cards (You can make your own BINGO cards or use the following website to generate multiple different BINGO cards that you can print http://edubakery.com/Bingo-Cards/Math-Properties-v1-Bingo-Cards ), chips or markers to cover BINGO spots. Directions: Play as you would regular BINGO. This would work well for small groups. 1. Show students the side of the Math Properties Flashcard that contains a mathematical problem. 2. Have the students silently determine what math property is being displayed. 3. Students should then cover the math property BINGO spot that they believe corresponds to the mathematical problem displayed. 4. First student to cover all BINGO spots either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally shouts BINGO. 5. The first student to obtain the aforementioned discusses with the teacher and the small group his/her reasoning behind the spots they covered. 6. If student is correct, that student is the BINGO winner.
