I am struggling with the location of the following for each option. It could be that simple relinks will do the job here, or do you think that once is a charm and it is here for this info. Do we relink from above to all the undergraduate fliers we have on the wall near the office door. Graduate program Note: The text on your main page would remain on your main page. I’d like to use the template with widgets for News and Events, and move your listings for Current Geo-News and Announcements into the widget. You could also use the widget to list upcoming events (seminars, colloquium, etc.). I do not know what a widget is. (Oh; the Blue click boxes? I like the Blue Click Boxes Maybe we should talk abut that structure. It seems to me at first blush (Not well thought out perhaps) that Facilities is up in the outline above; Field course might stay up (we did get one out of state student this year, maybe it helped; Latest Geo-News is probably hit or miss and focuses on Geology so my predilection is to rename it Department News and Information so that all that newsy stuff might go there (I suspect it might be subdivided); Colloquium is a big deal (Widget); Recruiting is a big deal (Widget); Conference Room Schedule is helpful and reduces questions to office staff (might be news); I think we should put up a new one called GeoApplications Lab Schedule( These last two might be in News and information which is where the NOAA Magnetic Declination Site might go too.) As we talk about widgets I get nervous about my ability to do a good page. (I am a plane vanilla, bare bones programmer. I guess I might expand my horizons) PS: I noticed on the page examples you provided that there might be space for creative (pictoral?) Widgets along the left side of the Home Page, but I bet that is illegal because of formatting. Key: Additions Same as Jody’s but moved
