Graphing on a coordinate plane

Interpreting Graphs Review

To write solution of equations in two variables as ordered pairs.

To compute with integers without a calculator.

To be able to graph points on a coordinate plane.

The bell ringer activity will be a few questions dealing with solving inequalities and equations.

After the bell ringer activity, students will learn about ordered pairs. They will learn how to figure out if an ordered pair is a solution to an equation and they will be able to find the value of the

“output” variable to an equation given different values for the “input” variable.

The bell ringer activity will be a few questions dealing with integers

The bell ringer activity will be a few questions dealing with ordered pairs.

After the bell ringer activity, students will be able to ask questions on their homework. After homework questions have been answered, the students will be working on a worksheet dealing with adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing integers.

They will not be allowed to use a calculator on this worksheet. Half

After the bell ringer activity students will be able to ask questions on their homework. After all questions have been answered, students learn about coordinate planes and the different parts of a coordinate plane. They will also learn how to graph points on a coordinate plane.

To be able to interpret information given in a graph and make a graph to model a situation

The bell ringer activity will be a few questions dealing with graphing ordered pairs.

To write solution of equations in two variables as ordered pairs, to graph points on a coordinate plane, and to interpret information given in a graph and make a graph to model a situation

The bell ringer activity will be a few questions dealing with ordered pairs and graphing.

After the bell ringer activity students will be able to ask questions on their homework. After all questions have been answered, students will then learn how to sketch graphs based on a given situation and how to interpret graph to explain what is happening based on how the graph looks.

After the bell ringer activity, students will be able to ask questions on their homework. After all questions have been answered, students will then begin on their review assignment of what they have learned this week.

way through the period students will then transition into studyhall.
