JOB Title: Mount Sinai SAVI CSEC Program Associate The Program Against Commercial Sexual Exploitation is an initiative of The Mount Sinai Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention (SAVI) Program that encompasses individual counseling, group services, and intensive case management for survivors of sexual exploitation. Prevention Services are also provided to at-risk communities. Program Associate Primary Responsibilities Case Management/Counseling Conduct intake and assessment. Provide referrals to services within the program and in the community. Maintain contact with other service providers involved with the client’s case to ensure provision of seamless services. Have knowledge of available resources. Carry caseload of counseling clients Provide court advocacy Development Assist the Assistant Director in researching and developing proposals for funding. Outreach Assist the Outreach & Training Coordinator in developing and disseminating materials and curricula related to the CSEC Program. Qualifications 1. Master’s level degree in social work or relevant field 2. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and adhere to deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills 4. Experience with trauma survivors and court-involved youth preferred.
