NURSING PROGRAM ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS Candidates who meet the prerequisite criteria may submit applications during January 15th through March 31st for the Fall candidate pool and July 15th through September 30th for the Spring pool. Official documentation: Proof of United States High School Graduation or its equivalent (the equivalency may be met by the G.E.D. test, or the California High School Proficiency Examination); a degree from a U.S. college or university may also meet this requirement. A completed application for the Nursing Program includes the following documents: 1. Official transcripts showing completion of prerequisite courses. 2.
