IMPORTANT DATES FOR May “SPRING 2016” graduation
All graduate forms must be routed through the Department of Psychology’s Graduate Office for Departmental Approval.
If you have any questions, stop by the Graduate Office in Room 1121G Biology-Psychology Bldg or contact us at psycgradstudies@umd.edu.
Graduate Forms can be found at the Graduate School website at: http://www.gradschool.umd.edu/calendar/deadlines/academic-deadlines
There is no fee charged for the Application for Graduation. Therefore, it is necessary to apply for graduation early in the semester of graduation. If graduation requirements
are not met in the semester of initial application, the Application for Graduation continues to carry over until graduation requirements are met.
The Graduate Office provides Graduation Audits, a service available to assist you, ensuring you have the required documents on file in order to graduate. The AUDIT form is a
personal profile documenting your graduation status. Requests for AUDITS are accepted by walk-ins or by email at atablada@umd.edu. Please request your AUDIT early in
the semester of expected graduation. All students anticipating graduating this May must adhere to these deadlines below.
