Drawing up a Registration Agreement for the University Bank Template - Checklist for Departments Having determined that a Bank Agreement is applicable the department will need to undertake the following activities: ACTION For regularised workers only: Head of department to communicate the new arrangement to the individual(s). This includes advising them of the appeals process. Advise that agreements will be issued within 4 weeks along with details of the appeals process. Do not seek to amend any other aspect of the Agreement without prior agreement with your customary HR Adviser. Issue the Agreement, retaining a copy for departmental records.
