I learnt that other farmers around the whole world are having the same discussion that we are - we are not alone and that by talking about problems, solutions can be found. I also appreciate the part that my country plays in the global production of food. We need to be more productive, more efficient, more environmentally aware and better linked to our customer, whether that is the supermarket selling our lamb or the flour miller grinding the wheat that we grow.” Jake, 2013 UK Nuffield Scholar PO Box 586, Moama, NSW 2731 Ph: 03 5480 0755 Fax: 03 5480 0233 Email: enquiries@nuffield.com.au Website: www.nuffieldinternational.org APPLICATION TO JOIN NUFFIELD INTERNATIONAL FOR A GLOBAL AGRICULTURAL EXPERIENCE Contemporary Scholars Conference - Paris, France, 28 February – 7 March 2015 Brazilian leg of the ‘Global Focus Program’ – 8 days in March/April 2015 PART 1: Personal Particulars Form: Complete Name: Occupation: Organisation: Industry / Commodity Sector: Address: Email: Date of Birth: Are you available to travel from 28 February - 7 March 2015?
