Application procedure for non-EU state students of Campus Europae universities
for a one year study at the University of Lodz – 2014/15
Non – EU state students who apply for one year study at the University of Lodz within
the EUF Campus Europae are requested to send the following documents:

should be completed online by the student with the e-system https://enrolment.uni.lodz.pl/
by 30th June 2014. After the approval of the student online application by the ISO at the
UL, above three documents should be printed out, signed by the student, (the Learning
Agreement should be also signed by the student’s home university) and submitted in
original version after the arrival to Poland.

A statement confirming that the student will submit required documents in
original version after arrival
to the International Students Office (iso@uni.lodz.pl) at the University of Lodz by 30th
June 2014.
Providing the student online application is approved and the scans of above mentioned five
documents reached the ISO at the UL by 30th June 2014, you will receive an official Letter
of Acceptance and we will book accommodation in the dormitory for you (please remember
that the number of places in dormitory is limited).
Upon arriving to Poland the student needs to submit original

1. Medical certificate in English
2. Health insurance policy in English or Polish
3. A visa or other legal document allowing the student to reside in Poland for the
whole academic year.
Student should choose the courses to study at the University of Lodz from the following
website http://iso.uni.lodz.pl/llp-erasmus-partner-universities/programmes.
In accordance with Memorandum of Cooperation signed by Pro-Rector in Charge
of International Relations Prof. Zofia Wysokinska, no study and tuition fee will be
taken from incoming Campus Europae students at the University of Lodz.
All other costs including accommodation, food and travel costs have to be covered by
the incoming student or the home institution of the student.
In case the University of Lodz provides CE movers with the Campus Europae Intensive
Language Course of Polish financed by the EUF Camous Europae, an incoming student
may participate in it at no cost.
After the mobility the student will receive the following documents:
The Evaluation Sheet (ES) is an official record of your achievements at the University of
Lodz. It contains your personal data, local grades and signatures of the teacher for each
course. You submit the ES to each lecturer/professor after the whole set of courses or after
the exam. It is essential to remember to have it signed and returned at the end of your
semester/academic year.
The Evaluation Sheet is equivalent with the LA or the Changes to LA.
The ES is finally signed by your Department ERASMUS/ECTS Coordinator.
Please note that the Evaluation Sheet is a necessary document to issue a Transcript
of Records (TR).
The Transcript of Record will be send to the International Students Office where you can
pick it up personally or it will be send to your University in case you have already left Lodz.
