Studio 450 Catering Guidelines 212-290-1400 1. Upon Arrival on day of Event an Authorized Catering representative and Studio Manager will inspect and agree on condition of Studio prior to event. 2. All deliveries should be on wheels to avoid elevator hold-ups. 3. All deliveries MUST be made through freight area (Located to the right of main entrance) 4. Caterer must not allow Staff to drag anything across flooring. 5. Caterer must be experienced enough to know, what is an acceptable number of staff, and acceptable amount of party rentals. This is to ensure a safe and enjoyable event. 6. Caterer must carry a minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence/2,000,000 aggregate liquor and food liability, listing Studio 450 (450 West 31st New York, NY 10001 12th floor)Jim and Jane Brady & RF Stuart Real Estate as an additional insured. Documents must be provided one month prior to event. 7. Caterer and Florist must be aware nothing is to be attached or taped to walls 8. Caterer may make deliveries only on the day of the event. (Exceptions are to be discussed with the Studio one week prior to event) 9. All delivery times must be coordinated with the Studio. 10. Caterer must remove all property and rentals, the night of event completion. (Any exceptions must be approved by the loft prior to day of event. 11. All decorations must be removed after event. 12. Caterer is responsible for coat check #’s and Staff. 13. Caterer must supply their own garbage bags, paper towels, and rubber mats for bars. 14. Caterer agrees to visit the Loft to view kitchens to determine needs. 15. Bathroom maintenance is the responsibility of the Caterers (we will provide supplies) 16. No Kegs are allowed 17. Caterer must provide Ice bins for chilling beer, wine, and Champagne, and serving Ice. 18. Caterer must ensure floors are free of spills and debris, Caterer must mop up spills immediately to ensure floors condition and for Staff and Guest safety 19. Caterer is responsible for any damage caused to floor from negligence of cleaning duties. 20. Caterer must be aware of unprotected dripping candle wax, and extinguish immediately 21. All garbage is to be bagged and taken to Labeled (Studio 450) dumpster in garbage room. 22. Bar tops and shelves are to be wiped down, and garbage removed 23. Kitchen floor is to be swept, then mopped 24. Stainless steel tables, Refrigerator, shelves, and sinks are to be wiped clean. 25. Floors must be swept and tiles must be mopped at end of event. 26. Client agrees to notify DJ, Band and Planner Fog/ smoke machines are not allowed on premise. 27. Client agrees to notify DJ, Band and Planner Florist confetti is not allowed on premise. 28. BBQ’s (open flame cooking) are not allowed on terrace. 29. Client agrees to notify DJ Band Planner and florist no décor can be hung from any and all Sprinkler Systems as per NYFD. 30. At the end of event a walk through is required with a check list. The Check list must be signed 31. HIGHLINE PARTY RENTAL IS THE EXCLUSIVE RENTAL CO.AT STUDIO 450 -973-684-4144 –A $250 PREPAID BUY-OUT IS AVAILABLE IF YOU DID NOT USE HIGHLINE . FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE RULES MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SOME OR ALL OF THE CLIENTS DEPOSIT!!!
