Venue: Sandymere Ground, Northam, North Devon, EX39 1XX
Sandymere offers changing facilities including toilets & showers, refreshments and on-site catering
will also be available. First aiders and qualified referees are provided.
Please note: The Club operates a no dog’s policy, persons found to be breaking these rules will
be kindly asked to leave.
Squad: Clubs can enter a maximum of two teams per age group, unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Squads are to consist of 6 players minimum and 8 players maximum, of which we aim [but cannot
guarantee] to play a minimum of 4 games per team. All ages as of 31 st Aug 2009 [as per school
year]
Note: Please bring trainers & boots as some matches may be played on the astro-turf, where
trainers will be required to be worn.
Entries: The cost of entry will be £20 [per team] if entered prior to 28 th May, all entries after this date will
be charged at £25 [per team]. Please make cheques payable to ‘Bideford Blues and Appledore
Junior F.C. Confirmation of entry will be sent, along with location of Club, times, Tournament rules
etc.
**Unfortunately no refund will be given in the event of non-arrival, unseasonable weather or any other
unavoidable circumstances**
All matches will be played according to established F.A. rules with official referees, where possible.
Trophies will be awarded to the winner and runner-up teams.
Under 7’s & U8’s will be non competitive with all participants awarded medallions
