Term of office ended for Kim Griffith, Elizabeth Fletcher, Lisa Barrett and Wendy Holm in April of 2009. Lisa Barrett and Wendy
Holm were re-elected to office by the membership along with new director Jan O’Brien. During the period of January 1 to April 21,
2009 there were 4 regular Board meetings and 4 special meetings. During the period of April 22 to December 31, 2009 there
were 7 Board meetings and 13 special Board meetings.
Elizabeth Fletcher stepped down from the Community Leadership Committee on April 21, 2009 and Catherine McCreary stepped
down on April 28, 2009. Virginia Weiler and Ian Gill were reappointed to the committee on April 28, 2009. Robert Williams and
Jan O’Brien joined the committee on April 28, 2009. There were 4 meetings and 1 special meeting held in 2009.
Elain Duvall stepped down from the Audit Committee on April 21, 2009 and Virginia Weiler stepped down on April 28, 2009. Ian
Gill, Lisa Barrett, and Doreen Braverman were reappointed to the committee on April 28, 2009; Catherine McCreary and Jan
O’Brien joined the committee on April 28, 2009. There were 5 meetings and 2 special meetings held in 2009.

Elizabeth Fletcher and Kim Griffith stepped down from the Human Resources Policy and CEO Compensation Committee on April
21, 2009. Virginia Weiler and Wendy Holm joined the committee on April 28, 2009. Patrice Pratt and Robert Williams were
reappointed on April 28, 2009. There were 4 regular meetings held in 2009.
