The regular meeting convened at 6:34 p.m.
Reports
(1)
Review Citizens’ Oversight Committee By-Laws Mr. Mullen reviewed Citizens’
Oversight Committee by-laws, and handed out the Audit Report.
(2)
Year to Date Financial Report. Mr. Mullen discussed financial reports. Mr. Sigrest
requested total expenditures and balances. Mr. Sigrest discussed Bond payment for
land obligation near IHS.
(3)
Update on Facility Projects In Progress and in the future. Mr. Mullen updated
committee on current and future projects. Mr. Sigrest reviewed responsibilities of the
Bond Oversight Committee.
(4)
Discussion and Approval of Next Citizens’ Oversight Committee Meeting Date The
next meeting was scheduled for March 18, 2014.

Committee Member Needed to Report to the School Board on April 8, 2014. Tabled
until the next scheduled meeting on March 18, 2014.
(6)
Presentation of 2012-2013 Audit Report and Performance Audit Report. Mr. Mullen
presented the Committee Members with the Audit Report for June 30, 2013 to review
and approve at the March 18, 2014.
