Dear Sir/Madam,
Sawatdee and warm welcome to Thailand. The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) would like to
take this opportunity to inform you of its annual Thailand boat races; The 17th Thailand International
Swan Boat Races. As you may be aware, TAT has been organizing this event for 17 consecutive years,
and has received great enthusiasm and cooperation from overseas boat teams worldwide. This year,
the 17th Thailand International Swan Boat Races will be held during 11-12 September, 2004, on the
Chao Phraya River, Bang Sai Royal Folk Arts and Crafts Centre, Amphoe Bangsai, Phra Nakhon Si
Ayutthaya Province where the renowned World Heritage Site and former capital city, Ayutthaya is
situated.
In this connection, we would like to invite your boat team to participate in this exciting and amusing
event, to share a good time, meet old friends and make new ones. Enclosed please find attached an
application form within the relevant details regarding the event for your perusal.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) hopes that we will have the honour of hosting your team

TAT Hospitality: This will cover 26 members per team including:
 Internal transport (airport-hotel-race venue)
during 9-14 September 2004
