Science (GOI) vis-a-vis Faith (Rama) vs Constitutional Blunder
1. Apropos on the recent affidavit on oath filled by GOI, admittedly prepared by ASI doubting
that “No historical proof about existence of Rama or his Vanara Sena had built the Rama
Sethu and further stated, World wide recognized and accepted Great literature the Ramayana
and Rama are as Myth” in the SCI. In fact GOI had no locus standi as state has to respect all
religions equally under law. Dynamic Scientific Doctrine System’s Cardinal base is on prime
assumptions, followed by deductions, reasoning, logic, perceptions, evidences from
experiments and observations etc. Hence no one can ever and never prove or disprove
absolutely once for all stating that this is the truth. Acceptability of proof lies in the gamut of
the human knowledge domain ambit “as on then ware” basis. Todays accepted so-called
scientific truth is rejected or modified tomarrow, when the assumptions fail and new
assumptions were in place. Enigmatism, ambiguity etc., are neither discounted for science nor
exempted. Under such a scenario of uncertainty and that to the wisdom domain being out of
their jurisdiction, statement of GOI is not only a best Portrayed and orchestrated absurdity by
our own elected people’s representatives, depicting total ignorance and unbecoming of their
Nobel and Sacred duties but also uncharitable, inexcusable and reprehensible as permissible
under legal criminal offence scrutiny. At best ASI Historians and GOI could have said within
their limited knowledge, they could not find any evidence to suggest the existence of Rama or
the inscriptions encrypted in Ramayana are not visible to them, perhaps obliterated, being
very ancient.
2. Already apprehensions are roaming in and around as and when Guard changes there could be
a likelihood of declaring the “Kaa’ ba” in Mecca the symbol of Allah as told by Islam
Prophet Mohammad, will meet the same fate, this being as far as scientific revelations are
concerned is a Meteorite Impact, which was earlier considered by ancients as fallen from sky
and creation of God and temple was constructed and worshipped.
3. 95% Humans all over the world have belief in God and over one billion Hindus too across the
world. In India Hindus are over 85% (majority) and they have faith in God. The rest 5% are
non-believers were said to be very intellectuals and when ego dominates they cannot see the
obvious even when it jumps and bites them on the nose. Policies are public issues and
Religion is a private issue. These two should never mutually try to encroach into others
domain. GOI’s job is not interrogating faith perse.

4. Geological studies do have indicated undoubtedly that the Gulf of Mannar area in general is a
Geomorphological anomaly resulted by the denudational and degradational processes.
Srilanka got detached from main land may be due to these operational processes. Hence, due
to the special position of these two land forms, facilitated the sedimentation and Coral
formation that made to grow as a ridge of seabed topographic high. The satellite picture do
show shallowing phenomena. Now the present scenario is an obliterated and camouflaged
one, but do reflect human intervention. I do not know why ASI has not considered this crucial
aspect while filling the affidavit. In the recent past several expert articles have appeared
stating that this does not hold the "Techno-Commercial Viability” and with several other
practical problems like how to dispose and where such huge excavated material. They to
suggested a better alternative route and other proposals in protecting the aquatic and
fishermen’s daily earnings, addressed safe guards for environmental and Bio degradational
aspects to save from several natural disasters and probably eliminates impending geological
hazards too. It is unknown why these suggestions were not taken into consideration. Let us
also keep in mind the huge problems faced at present at Suez and Panama canals.
5. TN, CM (MK) is not updated in Ramayana. Our ancients marveled in Architecture and
Engineering skills. One can see, provided they have open mind-set, intelligence and vision
ex. temple constructions like Madurai, Srirangam, Tirupati etc. MK demands to know from
where did Rama obtained his Engineering degree. In fact it is “Neeludu and Naludu” who
Engineered the construction, but not Rama as MK claims. Also let MK give answers from
where the Taj Mahal construction Engineer obtained his Engineering degree? And from
which University did he (MK) obtained his Political Engineering degree? And also let him
explain from which University the great Music legends like: Bharta Ratanas Bismilla Khan,
MS, Lata etc., obtained their degrees. It is not out of place to demand MK to give an answer
from which university the honeybees obtained their structural engineering degree in
designing and constructing the complex Beehives by honeycomb structure, wherein even
today our engineers are unable to comprehend its intricate design aspects in totality. It would
be noteworthy if MK can imbibe and emulate the Nobel qualities of Rama and others in
Ramayana those stood for morals and virtues.
6. It is the duty of ASI to protect historical heritage monuments. Rama sethu definitely is in this
category. Then, instead of protecting the monument, why the ASI took this path is an

enigmatic mute question. It is around just 300 hundred years back (three generations or so),
Rama and Lakshman had paid the treasury dues owed by Bhadachala Rama Das (Goppanna)
to Golconda Nawab (Nizam rulers) Tanisha and obtained receipt from him. Is this evidence is
not enough to say the existence of Rama? If GOI doesn’t believe in Rama or in Hindu Gods,
why then Endowment departments are being under the control of the government and
spending the temple money for all general public for general purpose?
7. In the ambiance of surcharged scenario Hindus (Globally) silently exploded on this Indian
9/11 tragedy and affective effects were realized by GOI in 48 hours and withdrew in total the
affidavit, though they said initially, they would file a supplementary affidavit next day. It is a
paradox, sad state of affairs and pity that Hindu society was not legitimized by the
Constitution. Thus SCI rules that Hindu is a way of life. This is a Great Constitutional
Blunder. Under the Religion column, a Hindu writes as “Hindu”. When it is not sanctioned
by constitution as a Statute, it becomes untenable. Why this Fact is ignored? This is the crux
of the issue. Without loosing any time there exists a compelling demand and need to amend
the Constitution by surgical precision in providing legitimacy to Hindu religion and thus
rectifying the blunder committed to alleviate the resultant problems associated with inherited
Incongruencies. This also warns us that every citizen be taught the Constitution Statutes in
the Schools and update thereon.
8. GOI’s envisaged endeavor always should be to accomplish a harmonious and comfortable
living. Tolerance should not be a mistaken identity as weakness. No one should ever and
never under the illusion that forever it will pay dividends. A day will come mute spectators
will and can revolt. Centrality of History lies in its application. As somebody said “that
government is best which governs least”
