Annual Membership
2014-2015
The Music Parents Association does many things to support all of the students in the entire music program.
There are refreshments for the marching band at all home games, receptions after band, orchestra and choral
concerts throughout the year, banquets, …the list goes on and on. You can help by joining this group of parents
who support our musical kids and programs. Members receive the added benefits of music department
information updates, discounts for banquet costs, eligibility for MPA scholarships, and much more!
Cost to join the MPA is $25 per student with a $50 maximum. Checks should be made out to MPA and sent
along with this form to: Pati Noll, 256 Fairmount Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853
