The Traveling Gavel: The purpose of the Gavel is to encourage Brethren to visit other Lodges in within the
district. A Lodge may claim the Gavel by sending five or more Brothers to visit.
** The Traveling Gavel is now at Unity Lodge in Union. Their next Stated Communication will be held on
Monday April15th, 2013. I hope your Lodge will consider getting a group of members together and pay a visit to
Unity Lodge and pick up the Traveling Gavel for your next Lodge meeting.
