Description
When attempting to open a diagram in the editor that was created in a previous version of
Gliffy, the customer receives a "There was a data error while processing your request" and is
unable to open the diagram in the editor. The diagram is, however, displayed on the page.
I attempted to replicate the problem and was unable to complete an import of the GXML into
my test Confluence instance using any version of Gliffy 4.5.x. My log files show the
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "null" error. Log file is attached in
comments along with the Customer's GXML file.
I was able to successfully open the diagram in Gliffy 4.2.
