Note 1
Welcome Back
Welcome back with a special welcome to all the new P1 children and to all those children in other classes who are
attending this school for the first time. New parents should be aware that a note will be sent home every Thursday
informing you of the school’s news.
Children Staying Late
We are keen to accommodate working parents who need children to stay late in school but requests must be sent in
a short note to the Principal for approval. Nobody should assume that it is okay unless approval has been granted.
Outstanding Bus Money
Expect a note shortly if you owe money from last year. Children who do not pay bus fares will be put off the bus.
All children are encouraged to walk to school in the good weather.
Extra Curricular Activities
Please check times, venues and dates for the extra curricular activities listed below and inform whoever is
collecting your child. It will help to keep telephone calls to the school to a minimum All parents are advised that
children must be collected on time. Choir practice will start on Tuesday 15th October. Note change of day for
