Dear Parents,
All forms must be returned fully completed and signed to the office before 27th May 2011. Pupils who
fail to return forms by 27th May 2011 will not be permitted to attend any extra curricular class options
for the first half year. Any pupil wishing to take up or drop an optional extra for the 2nd half year
must return the form to the office before 1st December 2011.
