The six week course is designed for teachers from Primary and Secondary schools at any point in their career.

What does it involve?
Attendance at six sessions: Each programme comprises of six sessions over six weeks led by two outstanding practitioners from the St
Marylebone School. Each session is delivered in the format of an outstanding lesson, to model good practice. It provides the staff with numerous strategies to employ in their own lessons. All sessions need to be attended to gain the full benefit of the course and to receive accreditation. Participants are grouped into threes to enable an intensive learning and support experience that focuses on individual needs and reflection.
Observations: These will be of outstanding practitioners at St Marylebone
and alliance primary schools. In groups of 3 participants will observe via focused learning walks of various lessons.
Practical activities: Participants will set targets at the end of each session to be discussed with their school based mentor and implemented within their own lessons. Weekly self-evaluation is a core aspect of the course.
