Particulars : Training participants will have minimum basic literacy and numeracy skills. For BTEB courses entry requirements will be at least grade 8. Age of trainees will be at least 15 years of age. Some of the course listed must also be suitable for woman (and Differently Abled People). Language and computer application courses are excluded. A course must be contained in itself and provide employable skills – not just be part of a longer course. However the B-SkillFUL project will be grateful if the TSP can provide some guidance to awareness creation among the target group of BSkillFUL. Awareness depends very much on the local conditions with which the TSPs are very familiar and can be of help. Awareness creation What are suitable means (e.g. local cable network, radio, newspapers, posters, banners, street play, miking, leaflets, meetings & events, community centers, engaging students, prayer halls, etc.) in the particular geographic area to reach out to the target group to inform them about the planned skills training program? What organizations / institutions / businesses could be suitable partners in the geographic area to work together with the project for such awareness campaigns? 12
