Admission Profile The applicant must: Be a physician-surgeon; have interest in the administrative, scientific and teaching areas; with social services, teaching and research aptitudes. To complete the application form for admission to the UAEM School of Medicine and submit it duly authorized by the Chief of Clinical Instruction of the host hospital. Letter of acceptance from the hospital where the specialization will be obtained. Birth certificate (copy) Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (copy) Official Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery or Professional Exam Certificate (copy) Graduate certificate in Pediatrics or university specialization exam certificate (copy) To have submitted and passed the national selection exam in Medical Residencies (copy) Payment receipt of UAEM admission fees. Applicants that are foreigners must go through the recognition process for their previous studies before the corresponding authorities.
