The Chair will welcome everyone to the meeting and introduce any speakers
and ward councillors, and minutes from previous meeting.

PCSO Emma Leader & PC Andy Cover will give an update of current
activities in the ward.

Cllr. Clare Coghill will give a talk on Regeneration projects taking place
around the Ward and within the Borough.

Cllr. Khevyn Limbajee will give an update on housing, landlord licensing and
on the new Waltham Forest Housing service.

 The chair leads a session of community discussion.
 This is an opportunity for residents to raise and discuss any issue of
local concern.
