District Committee Interest Form
The Evesham Township School District is currently seeking parent representatives to serve on a
district committee to review and provide input on the following areas:



District Vision Committee (Goal: To revise the District Mission Statement. First meeting
to be held on June 11 at 5 PM.)
Communication Committee (Goal: To develop a District Communication Plan and Public
Outreach Plan. First meeting to be held Summer 2013.)
District Restructuring Committee (Goal: To develop a plan to address declining
enrollment. First meeting to be held Fall 2013.)
If you would like to be considered to serve on this committee, please complete the information
below and submit it to John Scavelli, Jr., Superintendent at espositoc@evesham.k12.nj.us.
