•
M o b i li t y a n d
putucworks
Increase in surface SPM between 1980’s and 1990’s in
the lower Sea Scheldt (60-100 km from mouth)
• ETM occurs at 100-120 km from mouth (last 2 decades)
• ETM occurs at mean and spring tide, no distinct ETM at
neap tide
• 2 distinct ETM’s during flood in the last decade (70 km
from mouth and 100-120 km from mouth)
