This 66 year old male has metastatic
non-small cell lung cancer. His disease
responded to biologic therapy except
for a 5.26 cm liver metastasis at the
dome (Arrows in A, B). Arteriography
demonstrated subtle tumor blush (C)
which was confirmed with CT
reconstruction (Arrow, D). He was
treated with 90Y radioembolization.
Ten months after treatment the tumor has
almost completely resolved
(Arrows in E, F).
