A B Case 3: Radioembolization of Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma (NSCLC) Metastasis. C E D F This 66 year old male has metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. His disease responded to biologic therapy except for a 5.26 cm liver metastasis at the dome (Arrows in A, B). Arteriography demonstrated subtle tumor blush (C) which was confirmed with CT reconstruction (Arrow, D). He was treated with 90Y radioembolization.
