We recognize the central role of the family in the child’s life and we value respect, collaboration and informed decision making. Lessons Learned • Facility renovation provides the opportunity to evaluate and enhance services – not just a face lift! • Budget constraints and delays provide new opportunities. • Marketing and promotion is a priority.
