ANTIHISTAMINES dry up drainage but can make you a little sleepy. Many products are a combination of both and are often a good choice. WHEN TO SEE A MEDICAL PROVIDER Over the counter products not helping relieve sinus pain or pressure after 2-4 days. A cold that hasn’t gotten better after 10-14 days. Sinus headache or facial pain is sever and not responding to pain-relievers. Vision is blurry with swelling around eyes.
