This complimentary member benefit is not assignable nor transferrable to another member. This Job Loss Protection Benefit will
only make payments directly to the primary BenefitAid member's health insurance company or administrator. This benefit only
covers health plans which meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act. This benefit will
only make payments for the Job Loss of the primary BenefitAid member for health insurance premiums billed in their name.
Under no circumstances will any funds be payable directly to the BenefitAid primary member or pay any amounts if they do not
have health insurance coverage billed in their name.
This Benefit DOES NOT waive any requirement to make health insurance payments when due. The BenefitAid primary member
is responsible for keeping their monthly health insurance payments current as well as continuing to make the payments as due
for the BenefitAid program. BenefitAid is not affiliated with the Insurer or Program Administrator of the Job loss Protection
