1.Choose Wisely
Do not store up for yourselves
treasures on earth...but store up for
yourselves treasures in heaven, where
moth and rust do not destroy, and
where thieves do not break in and
steal. For where your treasure is, there
your heart will be also.
Verses 19-21
2.Choices have
Consequences
The eye is the lamp of the body. If your
eyes are good, your whole body will be
full of light.
But if your eyes are bad, your whole
body will be full of darkness.
Verses 22-23
3.One Choice that we
must make
No-one can serve two masters.
Either he will hate the one and love the
other...
You cannot serve both God and Money.

the kingdom
of ME &
my wants
ME first =
a life of worry
So do not worry, saying,
'What shall we eat?'
'What shall we drink?'
'What shall we wear?'
For the pagans run after all these
things
Verse 31-32
What shall I wear?
What shall I eat?
Seek first
the kingdom of God &
his righteousness
and all these things
will be given to you as
well
Can we Trust our Father
God?
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your
life, what you will eat or drink...Look at the
birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or
store away in barns, and yet your heavenly
Father feeds them.Are you not much more
valuable than they?
Verses 25-26
Can we Trust our
Father God?
See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not
labour or spin. Yet I tell you that not even
Solomon in all his splendour was dressed like one
of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of
the field, which is here today and tomorrow is
thrown into the fire, will he not much more
clothe you, O you of little faith? Verses 25-26
ME first =
a life of worry
GOD first =
a life free from
needless worry
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for
tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has
enough trouble of its own
