Profit Appropriation Proposal for the Heijmans N.V. 2014 Financial Year
In view of the company’s 2014 results, the proposal is to offset the realised result after tax in the
amount of approximately -/- € 47.3 million against the reserves and to forgo the dividend per
ordinary share with a nominal value of € 0.30.
