in 2010.

hunger.

Democratic Republic of Congo has the
most hungry people in the world.
 Only 2% of their land is arable( usable for
farming).
 Most of their food is high in price
because of no land is farmable, and not

Gebisa Ejeta was a plant breeder & he
also studied genetics.

hungry children in Africa.
 He could find a way to plant sorghum
and make it last through droughts and
he could make clones of these plants.

Plant Breeding involves pollen and
genetic engineering. Plant Breeding
kind’ve makes plants become pet-like.
 Plant Breeding has been around since
the start of civilization. When you plant

We are the country that everyone looks
up to.
 If we spread the word maybe more and
more countries would help.
 We can be the role models in the world.
 Another reason, it isn’t fixed is because
we don’t have to face this in our lifes.

These changes can be started at
Northside and end up with many
changes to Africa and other countries.
 They have the same rights as us and they
deserve more.
 If we don’t help, WHO WILL?

Child Soldiers and Joseph Kony.
 No home, No Shelter.
 Food Crisis in 2011
 Diseases
 No Hospital Care
 And Many More
