Announcement
relating to
Turbo certificates of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (the “Issuer”)
Pursuant to General Condition 4 as set forth in the Base Prospectuses relating to Turbos
24 September 2010, 23 September 2011, 28 June 2012 and 28 June 2013, the Issuer gives
notice to the holders of all outstanding Series of Turbo Certificates related to Google Inc.
that the Current Financing Level and the Stop Loss Price have been adjusted to the values
stated below with effect from 3 April 2014 due to a stock split.

Due to the stock split the RIC code of Google Inc. class A share (which is the relevant
share type for the Turbo Certificates stated above) has changed from GOOG.OQ to
GOOGL.OQ and the Bloomberg ticker changed from GOOG UW Equity to GOOGL
UW Equity.
