470, but contract(s) will be awarded AFTER the
close of the Yr 2013/14 E-rate Form 471 filing
deadline.
 Applicants may use two strategies addressing
services starting after January 29, 2014:
 Option 1: Use State Master Contract Replacement
SPIN as a placeholder and reference newly posted
State Form 470
 Option 2: Conduct your own Form 470/bidding
processes
 Note that Option 2 may be REQUIRED for certain types
of services (Not All Telecomm Services were on the current
state Form 470)
