Troubleshooting Tips
The most common error when downloading is that the user is not the administrator
of the machine. If that is the case, when you attempt to run a report, you will see
something similar to below – a red X. Please see instructions on the next page (26)
to determine if you are the Administrator.
If you encounter this red X, please first verify that you are using 32-bit
Internet Explorer (see page 27). If you are on 32-bit and receive this
red x, please contact your machine administrator (most likely your HelpDesk)
and ask them to follow the instructions for download.

Troubleshooting Tips
Please note that NetAcumen is not supported on the 64-bit version of the
Internet Explorer. This is commonly available on 64 bit version of the
Windows Operating System.
To determine your operating system, please go to Help/About Us in Internet
Explorer. Under Version, you will see a suffix for the 64-bit Edition. If there
is no suffix, it is 32-bit.
If you are on 64-bit, please install 32-bit Internet Explorer via the link below:

time you use each of the four display sinks. If you are receiving the pop-up
repeatedly, click ‘select more options’ (see below).
