NEW GUI (New Channel Numbering)
Objective
• To enhance customer experience in
navigating all of HyppTV products.
• To improve content categorization due to
additional channel launch.
Implementation
• This New GUI will effect existing and new UniFi
subscribers.
• HyppTV will enable New GUI with commercial data
for customer staring 24th March 2013.
• 27th March 2013 all UniFi subscribers will start using
the new channel numbering.
Requirement
• This New GUI requires an upgrade of the
Set-Top-Box firmware which will be target
complete on 29th March 2013.

A promotion package offering for purchases of a bundle channels at a single price monthly.
What’s in it for the UniFi subscribers?
Subscribers will enjoy more value for what they pay and more content comparing if they
were to purchase the premium channels individually on ala carte basis.
Campaign objectives:
1. To increase the number of HyppTV subscribers of premium channels.

For new subscribers, the subscription to the pack will commence immediately after the end of the Premium
Channel free viewing period provided that the new Subscriber has opted the premium channels during free
viewing period.
For existing subscribers, the subscription to the pack will commence from 1st Opt-in date by Subscriber for a
period of 12 months.
