A B C Portal Vein Embolization D This 60 year old had colorectal cancer metastases isolated to the right lobe of his liver (Arrow, A) with a left lobe too small to allow surgery. Embolization of the right portal vein was performed (B, C). Follow-up imaging demonstrates satisfactory compensatory hypertrophy of the left hepatic lobe (D).
