World Environment Day
Burn fat, not petrol. Save money and gain health!
Going to work in a “sustainable” way… by bike, by foot, with public transportation or
carpooling… for some people it is a habit, for other people it is an exception! To create
awareness about these healthy habits for your travel to and from work, four local
companies (Allnex, Baxi, Climaveneta and Manfrotto) will represent these habits during
World Environment Day, June 5th, 2014.
The goal is to promote the culture of sustainable mobility. To show that it is possible to
make a sustainable choice for the environment and a healthy one for people, while getting
to work.
It is a voluntary based event, anybody interested must report his/her participation to their
manager.
In case of bad weather the event is postponed to the next day.
The event is brought to you in collaboration with FIAB (Federazione Italiana Amici della Bicicletta) and
with sponsorship from the cities of Bassano del Grappa and Romano d’Ezzelino.
