«Polarled utbyggingsprosjekt»
Petro Arctic og Olje og Gassnettverket Helgeland på vegne av Statoil har gleden av å invitere til
informasjonsmøte om kontraktene og B2B med hovedleverandørene for Polarled utbygging.
Den 480 kilometer lange rørledningen Polarled går fra Aasta Hansteen til prosessanlegget
Nyhamna i Møre og Romsdal. Røret har en diameter på 36 tommer og en kapasitet på 70
millioner standard kubikkmeter per dag
Kontraktene omfatter:
 Kongsberg Oil and Gas Technologies AS:
 Wasco Coatings Norway AS:
Subsea structures Fabrication EPC.
Coating av rør
Kontraktørene vil presentere omfanget av kontraktene samt gjennomføringsplan og vise til
områder og muligheter for underleveranser fra regionale leverandører. I tillegg vil det bli
muligheter for å møte kontraktørene i individuelle møter (B2B).

Kontraktsomfang
Kongsberg Oil and Gas Technologies AS: Subsea structures Fabrication EPC.
This contractor will be responsible for engineering and fabrication of all the subsea
structures in Polarled Pipeline Project, both for Polarled and Kristin pipelines. This
includes the following items:
 Polarled:
o PLEM (incl Foundation Plate, Pig-trap and Blind Caps)
o Gas dewatering system (Incl. 8” spool and 12” dumpline PLET’s)
o In-line tees (4off single & 1off double)
o In-line tee GRP Protection Covers
o Laydown joint
 Kristin:
o Riser base with four connection points (incl. Pig-trap and Blind caps)
o PLEM (incl Pig-trap and Blind Cap)
o Spools (1off 12” & 1off 18” incl PLET)
o PLEM and Spool Protection Covers
o Startup and laydown joints
Furthermore, KOGT will also be responsible for performing the Site Integration Testing
for all the structures.
Structure fabrication is to start on Q2 2014 and end in Q2 2015 for Polarled Structures
and Q1 2016 for Kristin Structures. The Marine installation Campaigns (not included in
this scope) are to take place on the Summer Season of 2015 and 2016 for Polarled and
Kristin structures, respectively.
Wasco Coatings Norway AS: Coating of Line pipe and Components
This contractor will be responsible for all coating activities including documentation for coating
of Line-pipe the in Polarled Pipeline Project, both for Polarled and Kristin pipelines. This
includes the following items:

Polarled and Kristin:
o Responsible for load in of CPI delivered pipes in Kuantan.
o Application of internal flow coating and external anticorrosion in the
production facility in Kuantan, Malaysia.
o Responsible for transportation for the contract object from Malaysia to Mo I
Rana.
o Application of concrete weight coating in the production facility in Mo I
Rana.

o Responsible for procurement of anodes, and installation of anode
pads/anode arrangement.
o Responsible for load out of finished contract object to pipe haul vessels in
Mo I Rana.
