How does it work?

maximising claim recoveries.
When an accident occurs:
We’ll work with you to establish your
claim parameters, then support you
throughout incidents.
● We instruct one of our approved repairers
and monitor and control repair costs.
● Your driver notifies our team of the incident
and we record all necessary information.
● Where required, we notify your insurer
electronically.
● We manage and control vehicle downtime
and arrange replacement vehicle hire.
● Once approved, repairs are made quickly
and professionally.

We’ll work with you to establish your
claim parameters, then support you

● If the incident is non-fault, our Uninsured
Loss Recovery team pursue any losses.
● Review incident online using our Lex
Autolease interactive (LAi) web portal.
● We can supply a free of charge courtesy
car for the duration of the repair.
● Where incidents are caused by negligent
third parties, we can offer a ‘like-for-like’
hire vehicle and pursue the cost directly on
your behalf against the insurers of the
responsible party.
● Repairs are guaranteed for three years.
