BLOWING AND RINSING UNIT
Blowing and rinsing unit for empty jars and bottles;
Semiautomatic blowing machine in AISI 304 stainless steel for
new jars, complete with two working stations one for water rinsing
and one for air blowing. The unit is provided with adjustable feet.
This machine has a simple and manual use but is essential for
hygienic and legislative rules in every food production laboratory.
The operator takes the bottle or the jar and turn it down on the
operative plate, it is enough a simple pression and the bottle is
rinsed and blowed.

VOLUMETRIC DOSING MACHINE
Volumetric dosing unit for liquid and viscous products using
pneumatic or mechanical devices. Our volumetric piston filler can
dose jam or concentrated product from 50 cc up to 1000 cc.
The dosing unit is composed by a suction syringe, one head filler to
fill the product directly in the container to avoid foam problem,
stainless steel conical hopper with flat cover and a system to
regulate the volume dose by a ball crank handle with graduated
scale. All our volumetric fillers have an adjustable working high in
conformity with the different containers sizes
All parts in contact with the product are manufactured in stainless
steel 304 or 316 and permit easy cleaning and maintenance
operations.

GRAVITY FILLER FOR LIQUID
Filler machine suitable for liquid product like oil, wine, liquor etc.
This machine is recommended to small producers for its simple
functioning and assure a good and speedy production at reasonable
price.
All our gravity fillers have an adjustable working high in conformity
with the different containers sizes, all parts in contact with the
products are in stainless steel aisi 304 or in other plastic material
suitable to be in contact with food product; these machines are
present in our production range in semiautomatic version with 2-4-6
heads with different nozzles in conformity with the different neck
diameters.

UNDER VACUUM FILLER
This machine uses the under vacuum system to fill the bottles of
various size.
We can supply fillers in semiautomatic or linear version with 2-4-6
filler heads.
Our volumetric filler can dose different quantity of liquid from 30 cc.
up to 5 litres and besides the standard version, our production
program foresee different optional such as intermediate tanks,
placed on the filler side with or without mixer, level probe, and
different type of nozzles in conformity with the product
characteristics.

conformity with the different containers sizes, all parts in contact with
the products are in stainless steel aisi 304 or in plastic material
suitable to be in contact with food product.
The under vacuum or gravity fillers are present in our production
range in semiautomatic version with 2-4-6 heads with different
nozzles in conformity with the different neck diameters. So that on 4
heads filler it is possible to install one head able to fill bottles with a
small volume (mignon).

TWIST-OFF CAPPING MACHINE
Semiautomatic pneumatic capping machine for twist-off caps,
complete with stainless steel frame and closing head with
adjustable high to adapt the unit to the different jars sizes
(dimensions: max 350 mm min. 70 mm). The capping head has
an adjustable friction to permit a perfect closing of the jar.

CAPPING MACHINE FOR
SCREW CAPS
Semiautomatic closing machine for screw caps suitable for wine
and oil industry.
This machine has a simple functioning, it’s speedy, cheap and for
these reasons is essential in small-medium laboratory. The
machine includes automatic movement of the closing tool, three or
two rolls head to close screw plugs and bottles blockage tool; the
capacity is 300 bottles/h
