The primary mission of the National Marine
Center is:
To provide Marine Interdiction Agents and
Border Patrol Agents (Marine) with safe,
reliable, standardized vessels and marine
equipment to facilitate the missions of Customs
and Border Protection and the Department of
Homeland Security.

• Capability to provide ongoing maintenance support while also
performing extensive vessel repairs and refurbishment.
• Perform onsite Soda/ Sand blasting with the addition of a trailer
mounted Soda/ Sand blasting machine.
• Extensive structural and cosmetic fiberglass repairs are routine.
• The Contractor is a vendor or dealer for every product utilized
on the vessels in the program. This has resulted in 1,451
Warranty claims totaling approximately $1.4M for FY11.
