TL-OL500 Oil Dispensing Unit
A complete lubrication system with optional
accessories and remote installation kits for single
point or up to four points, with LCD operating status
display. Oil volume is quickly adjustable by the
mode setting. No mess, no waste..
This 500cc unit has a microprocessor controlled
pump powered by a battery pack. Filled by the user,
it delivers precise amounts of oil with a selectable
dispensing cycle. The oil reservoir is compatible with
most synthetic oils and chemicals..

Is the electrochemical pressure safely contained?

The gas chamber pressure tolerance is much
higher than the 70psi generated. EC approval.
Can I use a lubricator in a potentially explosive gas
contaminated work place?
Yes - explosion-proof TL-MEX series.
Which unit is practical and inexpensive for
small bearings?
The EC series in 3 sizes.

Progressive Divider Block
Is 6m (20ft) distance remote installation for a
single point only or does it apply to multiple
point installation?

6m from main unit to each lubrication point
What If one lubrication point is blocked? Will
the other bearings receive more lubrication?

No, even if one lube point is blocked, the
lubricator will go into backpressure mode
and react with a warning code signal.

Operating Pressure
Why does the pressure range from 450-1160psi?
 450psi is the optimum application but in UL
tests the unit scored 1160psi.
Will the divider block reduce the pressure to each
point? - No.
Is 1160psi safe for the bearing and its sealant?
- Yes, only a small amount of grease is
dispensed at a time. For instance, 125cc
units set at 12 months = 0.33cc per day.
