Always have a smile.
Never talk on your cell phone (same rules apply as in store)
Earphones are ok.
Keep it lively, tasteful and engaging with drivers.
Shaker boarding is not sign holding, continuous movement
Be unique.
Purpose of a shaker boarder, is to draw the
attention of drivers going by to our message
• It is a fact, that 70% of Americans do not know what they are
having for dinner that night by 4pm.
• We deliver a convenient and quick solution to that.
• A shaker boarder impresses upon drivers these types of actions.
Grand Opening and daily
Shaker Boarding
Uniqueness draws the most attention and creates
buzz and excitement (which = sales!)
• Many shaker boarders become known icons within their
community
• If impactful enough, many passersby mention the individual in
tweets, facebook comments or texts to friends. This is great as it
gets the location mentioned via social word of mouth.
• Our current Facebook (LittleCaesarsCEP) and You Tube (Little
Caesars CEP) host videos and pictures of current employees
having a blast while shaker boarding.
• No idea is bad! Be sure to share it with your GM! We have one
who sets up a drum kit and plays, many who dance, and some
who use the shaker board as a prop and teach themselves to spin
and toss it.
• Have FUN with it!
