Enerray S.p.A. – founded in 2007 and entirely controlled by
SECI Energia, Gruppo Industriale Maccaferri – is leader in
the design, development and management of medium and large
photovoltaic plants.

Enerray’s EPC and O&M services are based on a well
established and continuously growing experience, acquired on
various plants and on an overall power of about 180 MWp. This
experience made of Enerray a bench-mark in the italian
photovoltaic market.

Enerray’s know-how, together with the belonging to the
Maccaferri Industrial Group, with more than 130 years history
and 53 production plants worldwide, make of Enerray a reliable
partner both from a financial and a technical prospective

Enerray, with headquarters in Bologna has been increasing its
presence worldwide since 2011 when its internationalization
process had begun.
PV INSTALLATIONS
Since
2007,
Enerray
has
installed
photovoltaic systems of any kind.
Starting to build, before than anyone else,
not just on ground but also on roof, Enerray
differentiated itself from its competitors in the
italian market.
Having its first clients in the Macceferri
Group
subsidiaries,
Enerray
gained
immediately the know-how and the technical
skills to install PV systems on rooftops.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

Our central control room is located in Bologna
where the the main parameters of an operating
PV plant are monitored and all the O&M activities
are coordinated

Enerray manages logistic warehouses located
throughout the country for the availability of
spare parts

During the whole duration of the O&M contract,
Enerray performs corrective maintenance of the
plant. The corrective maintenance includes all
activities required for repairing, rehabilitating and
replacing any defects in the system in order to
optimize the operation of the plant

All plants are monitored 7 days per week for 24
hours and our technicians will be on site within
24 hours in case of any technical problems.

Thanks to the permission of the inverter
manufacturers that work with us, Enerray can
perform "first-level" interventions on the inverters
ENERRAY IN ITALY

Following the concept of a fully turn-key
solution, Enerray provides to its clients 20
years long O&M contracts to guarantee the
maximum performances of the installed PV
plants during its the whole life

In 2012 Enerray was ranked as 1st player in
terms of Italian managed portfolio. The figure
was published by Energy&Strategy Group, an
independent institution run by the Politecnico di
Milano School of Management

PRELIMINARY PHASE
1. Sales Department: first contact with the client
2. Technical Department: site visit and preliminary design
3. Sales Department: editing of the offer and contracts negotiation
INSTALLATION PHASE
4. Administrative Office: opens the order in SAP and issues the
purchase request for the PV system components
5. Purchasing Department: negotiate and sign the contract with
Enerray's subcontractors
6. Technical Department:
- supports the client in the authorization process and
edits the definitive design
- once achieved all the permits to build the PV system,
edits the executive design
- a dedicated Project Manager supervises and
manages all the installation process
7. Sales Department: assist the Technical Department in the
relation with the Client
DECOMMISSIONING
8. Technical Department: edits the PAC and Client signs it. From
this moment the O&M contract is activated
9. Administrative Office: issues the last invoice fo the EPC contract
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
10. O&M Department: manages the good operation of the PV
system and assists the Clients during the whole life of the plant

